These Ghana Citizenship Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the Ghana Citizenship Store on GhanaCitizenship.com. They explain the terms that apply when you order merchandise from us, including payment, order acceptance, made-to-order production, shipping, cancellations, refunds, replacements, and limitations of liability.

Many physical products sold through the Ghana Citizenship Store are print-on-demand products. In plain English, that means an item may not exist as finished retail inventory when you place your order. Instead, a third-party production and fulfillment provider may manufacture or print the product specifically for your order.

That distinction matters. Once production begins, changing or canceling an order may no longer be possible. Correctly produced made-to-order merchandise is also generally not returnable simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or decided you would prefer another product.

By submitting an order through the Ghana Citizenship Store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale and any other store policies incorporated into them, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By placing an order through the Ghana Citizenship Store, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the store policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete the purchase.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or that you are purchasing with the authorization of a parent, guardian, business, or other person legally responsible for the transaction.

2. Who You Are Purchasing From

Your purchase is made through the Ghana Citizenship Store. Ghana Citizenship may use independent third-party companies to manufacture, print, process, fulfill, and deliver products.

The use of third-party service providers does not mean that you are purchasing directly from the company that prints, manufactures, processes, or transports the merchandise.

Questions regarding your Ghana Citizenship Store order should therefore be directed to Ghana Citizenship unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

3. Products and Product Information

We attempt to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, specifications, prices, and availability information. However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Product availability can also change. A blank garment, product color, size, printing method, fulfillment location, or other component may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to correct product information, update descriptions, modify available options, discontinue products, or cancel an affected order when fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many physical products sold through the Ghana Citizenship Store are produced only after an order is placed.

This made-to-order model differs from conventional retail inventory. Once your order is submitted for production, a fulfillment provider may begin manufacturing or printing a product specifically for you.

For this reason, correctly produced made-to-order products are generally not refundable or exchangeable solely because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or decided that you would prefer a different product.

5. Third-Party Production and Fulfillment

Ghana Citizenship may rely on Printify, independent Print Providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, and other service providers to complete portions of a transaction.

These providers may perform services including manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, payment processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

Production location and fulfillment provider may vary by product, destination, availability, capacity, or other operational considerations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghana Citizenship is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions, outages, operational interruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, or other conduct outside our reasonable control. This provision does not eliminate any responsibility or remedy that applicable law specifically requires Ghana Citizenship to provide to you as the seller.

6. Pricing, Currency and Errors

Product prices are displayed on the Store before checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges may be added separately during checkout.

Although we attempt to maintain accurate pricing, mistakes can occur. A typographical error, software problem, synchronization error, third-party data error, or configuration problem could cause an incorrect price or shipping charge to appear.

If a material pricing error is discovered before fulfillment, we may cancel the affected order and refund amounts collected for that order, or contact you with available options, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously erroneous price where applicable law permits cancellation.

7. Taxes, Duties and Other Charges

Applicable sales tax or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.

International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other governmental assessments imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge has been prepaid or included, customers may be responsible for import-related charges imposed by their jurisdiction or carrier.

Ghana Citizenship does not control tax rates, customs assessments, or charges independently imposed by governments, customs authorities, postal operators, or shipping carriers.

8. Payment and Authorization

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable amount to be charged for your order.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors. Ghana Citizenship does not control the independent operation of your bank, card issuer, digital wallet provider, or payment network.

An authorization, pending charge, successful checkout screen, or automated email does not prevent an order from later being canceled if payment fails, fraud is suspected, a product becomes unavailable, fulfillment is impossible, or another legitimate problem prevents the order from being completed.

9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products identified in the order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that our system received your order, but it does not necessarily guarantee final fulfillment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including:

• Payment failure or payment authorization problems.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• An obvious pricing or configuration error.
• A product, size, color, or production blank becoming unavailable.
• A fulfillment provider being unable to manufacture the product.
• A shipping destination becoming unavailable or restricted.
• A technical or quality-control problem preventing reasonable fulfillment.
• An order violating applicable law or intellectual property requirements.
• Another circumstance that makes fulfillment impossible or commercially unreasonable.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment and no substitute or other resolution is accepted, amounts collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded as required by applicable law.

10. Changes and Cancellations by Customers

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Ghana Citizenship immediately.

We will attempt to determine whether the requested change is still possible, but we do not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

Once an order has entered production, the fulfillment provider may already be manufacturing the merchandise. At that point, changing products, sizes, colors, designs, quantities, addresses, shipping methods, or other order information may be impossible.

Cancellation may also become impossible after production begins.

11. Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout.

Carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and any other requested delivery information before submitting your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, misdirected, or requires reshipment because you supplied incorrect or incomplete information, you may be responsible for additional production or shipping charges to the extent permitted by law.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

For international orders, providing a valid recipient phone number or other contact information may also be necessary for successful delivery.

12. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production times, processing times, shipping estimates, and estimated delivery dates are estimates unless Ghana Citizenship expressly guarantees a particular deadline in writing.

Print-on-demand merchandise must generally be manufactured before it can be shipped. Production may take longer during periods of high demand, equipment problems, supply shortages, quality-control reviews, or other fulfillment disruptions.

After shipment, delivery depends on the carrier and destination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghana Citizenship does not guarantee a precise delivery date and is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This provision does not eliminate any statutory rights you may have when an order is not shipped or delivered within a period required by applicable law.

13. International Orders

The Ghana Citizenship Store may accept orders for delivery to countries outside the United States when fulfillment and shipping are available.

International shipments can be affected by customs processing, import controls, local postal systems, carrier restrictions, holidays, security procedures, and other destination-specific requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for international delivery and, except where expressly included in your purchase or prohibited by law, for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

We cannot guarantee how quickly a customs authority will process a shipment.

14. Lost, Delayed and Delivered Packages

Shipping Delays

A shipment arriving later than its estimated delivery date does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

If tracking shows that an order remains in transit, additional time may be necessary before it can reasonably be treated as lost.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost, contact Ghana Citizenship. We may investigate the shipment with the fulfillment provider or carrier before determining the appropriate remedy.

A qualifying shipment confirmed as lost may be eligible for a replacement, reprint, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location, household members, building staff, neighbors where appropriate, and the shipping carrier.

A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically prove that a production or fulfillment error occurred. Delivered-but-not-received claims may require investigation and are handled individually.

15. Returns, Exchanges and Customer Selection Errors

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges when a correctly produced product was delivered as ordered but the customer:

• Changed their mind.
• Ordered the wrong size.
• Selected the wrong color.
• Selected the wrong variation.
• Does not like the fit.
• No longer wants the product.
• Would prefer another design or product.

These situations are governed in greater detail by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Do not send merchandise back to Ghana Citizenship, Printify, a Print Provider, or an address appearing on a shipping label unless Ghana Citizenship specifically instructs you to do so.

16. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Our no-change-of-mind return policy does not mean that legitimate manufacturing or fulfillment problems will be ignored.

If merchandise arrives damaged, contains a significant manufacturing defect, is materially misprinted, or is materially different from the product ordered because of a fulfillment error, contact Ghana Citizenship promptly.

Qualifying claims should generally be reported within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs, video, packaging information, product labels, measurements, or other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, a verified claim may result in a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

17. Product Images and Manufacturing Variations

Product photographs and digital mockups are intended to provide a useful representation of the merchandise, but a physical product may not appear absolutely identical to an image displayed on a screen.

Screen calibration, brightness, lighting, photography, printing methods, fabric, material, manufacturing processes, and other factors can affect appearance.

Print-on-demand production can also result in minor differences in print placement, dimensions, positioning, or color.

Reasonable manufacturing variations are not automatically defects. Material manufacturing errors will be evaluated under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

18. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, sales, or other offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may refuse the unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of a promotion to the extent permitted by law.

19. Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

We reserve the right to review, hold, refuse, or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized card use, identity misuse, manipulation of Store systems, or other unlawful activity.

We may cooperate with payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties when investigating suspected fraud or responding to a payment dispute, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE GHANA CITIZENSHIP STORE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES THAT WE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDE IN WRITING.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghana Citizenship disclaims warranties that may otherwise be implied by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We do not warrant that every product will be completely free from minor manufacturing variation or that colors displayed electronically will precisely match the physical product.

Nothing in this section eliminates an express promise we make to you or a warranty, consumer guarantee, or statutory right that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GHANA CITIZENSHIP AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A STORE PURCHASE.

This limitation includes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, claims for lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, reputational harm, loss of data, or similar consequential losses arising from a product, transaction, delay, or inability to use a product.

Ghana Citizenship is also not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for losses caused solely by:

• Incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Customer selection of an incorrect size, color, quantity, or product.
• Ordinary carrier delays.
• Customs processing delays.
• Theft or disappearance after confirmed delivery where Ghana Citizenship did not cause the loss.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized use of a customer’s payment method that Ghana Citizenship could not reasonably prevent.
• Minor product variations that are not legally actionable defects.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability that legally cannot be excluded.

22. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if Ghana Citizenship is found liable for a claim arising directly from a particular Store order, Ghana Citizenship’s aggregate monetary liability for that claim will not exceed the amount actually paid to Ghana Citizenship for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such a limitation or requires a different remedy or amount.

23. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Store, fraudulent transaction activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through content or information you knowingly provide to us.

If the Store later offers personalized products that allow customers to submit text, photographs, artwork, logos, or other content, you will be responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that material.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Ghana Citizenship for Ghana Citizenship’s own unlawful conduct or for liability that applicable law places on Ghana Citizenship and does not permit us to transfer.

24. Events Outside Our Control

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghana Citizenship will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Examples can include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, customs restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor actions, carrier interruptions, supply-chain failures, widespread telecommunications or internet outages, public emergencies, or significant production disruptions affecting third-party fulfillment facilities.

If such an event prevents an order from being fulfilled altogether, we will handle the affected transaction in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

25. Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to allocate commercial risks and clearly explain the conditions of purchasing from the Ghana Citizenship Store. They are not intended to eliminate rights that applicable law says cannot be waived.

If one limitation in these Terms is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that does not automatically make every other provision unenforceable.

26. Other Ghana Citizenship Store Policies

These Terms of Sale should be read together with other policies that apply to your purchase, including the Ghana Citizenship Store Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and any Shipping Policy or other checkout policy that applies to the transaction.

If a specific store policy addresses an issue in greater detail, that policy forms part of the terms applicable to your transaction to the extent permitted by law.

If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a more specific Store policy, the more specific policy will generally control for the issue it specifically addresses, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time to reflect changes to our Store, products, fulfillment providers, payment systems, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will display its most recent update date near the top of this page.

Changes ordinarily apply prospectively. The terms applicable to a particular transaction may depend on the version in effect when the transaction occurred and any mandatory legal requirements applicable to that transaction.

28. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a court or other authority with jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Store policies incorporated into them and any transaction-specific terms presented during checkout, constitute the agreement governing the sale of products through the Ghana Citizenship Store, subject to applicable law.

29. Contact Ghana Citizenship

If you have a question about an order, these Terms of Sale, or a problem with merchandise purchased through the Ghana Citizenship Store, contact us before attempting to return merchandise or initiating a payment dispute.

Bottom Line

Purchasing from the Ghana Citizenship Store means purchasing merchandise that may be manufactured specifically for your order. Check your selections carefully before paying because production can begin quickly and changes may no longer be possible afterward.

Ghana Citizenship will address legitimate damaged, defective, incorrect, or qualifying lost-order claims, but we generally do not assume responsibility for buyer’s remorse, customer selection errors, inaccurate customer-provided addresses, ordinary carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the Store policies incorporated into them, subject at all times to rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit you or Ghana Citizenship to waive.
