GhanaCitizenship.com showcases positive, educational, and uplifting content about Ghana. By submitting or allowing us to embed your video, you agree to these terms.

1) What we accept

• Content must be positive, educational, or celebratory of Ghana (culture, travel tips, food, music, comedy, inspiration).

• No violence, hate, harassment, explicit content, dangerous acts, scams, or misinformation.

• If minors appear, you must have the necessary consents from a parent/guardian.

2) Rights you grant us (non-exclusive)

By submitting a link or giving written permission to feature your video, you grant GhanaCitizenship.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Embed, display, and share your content on our site and official social channels,

• Use thumbnails, titles, and short excerpts for discovery (lists, newsletters, social previews),

• Modify the presentation (e.g., cropping thumbnails, adding captions or transcripts) without altering your original video.

You retain full ownership. You can post your content anywhere else.

3) Credit

We will credit you by display name/handle and link to the original post (when provided). You’re responsible for the accuracy of the credit info you give us.

4) Your assurances

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;

• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;

• The content follows applicable laws and platform terms (e.g., TikTok/YouTube).

5) Submissions, approvals & removals

• All submissions are moderated. We may edit titles/captions for clarity and SEO.

• We may decline or remove content at any time for any reason.

• Takedown: If you want your video removed, email info@ghanacitizenship.com with the URL. We’ll remove embeds within a reasonable time.

6) Prohibited content (zero tolerance)

• Violence or gore; hate or harassment; sexual content; dangerous/illegal acts; medical/financial/legal misinformation; personal data leaks; defamation.

7) DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe your copyright is infringed, email info@ghanacitizenship.com with:

• Your contact info, the work claimed, the URL on our site, a statement under penalty of perjury that you’re the rights holder, and your signature (typed is fine).
  We respond promptly to valid notices.

8) Privacy

Submissions may include your name/handle and links you provide. See our Privacy Policy  for how we handle data.

9) Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
